Ægis launch

Ægis has existed for a while. Just not publicly.

The work — agentic development, workshops, tooling — was happening. But it was always filed under eXOReaction, which is a different kind of company. Ægis was always meant to be something else: the practice that packages up how we actually work with AI, and makes it accessible to other teams.

We had the company. We had the method. We just never got around to saying "this is a thing."

A few weeks ago it felt like the right moment. Workshop on 21 May. Tooling mature enough to license. Case studies that are real. So we built the site — ægis.no — and called it a launch.

The site has a live demo. Describe your stack, get a sample maturity snapshot back. It's small — but it's the same thing we ran on a real production codebase recently and handed back a full report: architecture maps, security signals, agent-readiness gaps, prioritised recommendations. The kind of thing that usually takes weeks of consulting to produce.

Book a maturity report and that's what you get.

The rest: talks, workshops, advisory, hands-on builds, tooling. All built from years of daily use on real codebases.
