Spent the morning at Tine — together with Stig Lau , AI Architect at Skatteetaten.

Not a deep dive into problems which was what I'd planned for. A conversation about what's becoming possible.

We walked through agent-driven development, the SDD methodology, KCP and Synthesis — and what those tools together could mean for organizations operating at their scale.

Two things anchored the conversation:

Synthesis can read a codebase, documentation, or an EA tool and actually break it down, cross reference it, build knowledge graphs and correlate the different parts of the truth almost "understand it" — not just search it. Ask about blast radius before a change. Get a structured answer.

KCP/MCP is a different kind of opportunity: reducing integration costs while enabling more complex, orchestrated agentic processes across an entire application portfolio. When systems can expose structured knowledge to agents, the ceiling lifts considerably.

For Tine — Norway's largest dairy cooperative, 7,000+ employees, hundreds of integrations, active ERP migration — that combination is real.

The session didn't end with urgency. It ended with possibility.

That's usually where the interesting work begins.

Thank you for the opportunity Øyvind Kleppe Asphjell!

Gøy å ha dere på besøk : Gøy å ha dere på besøk Thor Henning Hetland. Nå ser jeg frem til å starte eksperimenteringen og hva vi kan få til med KCP.
