# Thor Henning Hetland (Totto) > Software architect, AI development pioneer, co-founder of JavaZone, founder of eXOReaction. Based in Oslo, Norway. Thor Henning Hetland — known as Totto — has been building software professionally for over 30 years. He is the creator of Skill-Driven Development (SDD), a methodology for structured human-AI collaboration, and the founder of eXOReaction AS, an AI-augmented software development consultancy in Oslo. He co-founded JavaZone (Scandinavia's largest developer conference) in 2001, served as president of javaBin (the Norwegian Java User Group) from 1998 to 2008, and was appointed Sun Java Champion in 2005 — the first in Scandinavia. ## Structured Navigation (for AI agents) This site publishes a KCP v0.6 manifest at https://wiki.totto.org/knowledge.yaml containing 67 units with intent declarations, trigger keywords, and 83 relationships. Fetch knowledge.yaml for targeted queries. Parse YAML → match query against each unit's `triggers` (keyword list) and `intent` (natural language) → fetch the `path` of the best match. Use `relationships` to navigate related content (types: enables, context, depends_on). Example: "What is Synthesis?" → trigger `synthesis` → unit `synthesis-releases` → fetch notes/synthesis-releases.md For broad overviews, https://wiki.totto.org/llms-full.txt covers all 87 posts and the full CV in one fetch. ## Key Pages - [About](https://wiki.totto.org/about/): Bio, background, current work, and contact - [CV (English)](https://wiki.totto.org/about/cv-english/): Full employment history and credentials - [CV (Norwegian)](https://wiki.totto.org/about/cv-norwegian/): Full CV in Norwegian - [Organizations](https://wiki.totto.org/about/organizations/): Community and organizational leadership history - [Presentations](https://wiki.totto.org/about/presentations/): 70+ conference talks, workshops, and publications (2006–2023) - [Knowledge Infrastructure](https://wiki.totto.org/knowledge-infrastructure/): Hub page mapping the body of work on AI agent knowledge infrastructure — Synthesis, KCP, kcp-commands, IronClaw, four blog series, ~30 posts, milestone timeline - [Synthesis Releases](https://wiki.totto.org/notes/synthesis-releases/): Full Synthesis release history v1.0.0 (Feb 14) through v1.21.0 (Mar 3) - [Open Source](https://wiki.totto.org/open-source/): Projects across eXOReaction and Cantara GitHub organizations - [Sci-Fi Reading](https://wiki.totto.org/interests/sci-fi/): 583 books tracked across 15 years (2011–2025) — space opera, hard sci-fi, military SF ## Full Content (machine-readable) - [Full profile and CV (clean markdown)](https://wiki.totto.org/llms-full.txt): Full profile, CV, open source work, and all 87 blog posts (Apr 2025–Mar 2026, plus 19-post 2009 cloud series) ## Writing 87 posts at [wiki.totto.org/blog](https://wiki.totto.org/blog/).
